Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Customer Service: Act as the first point of contact by answering phones, greeting clients, and managing incoming calls, emails, and deliveries, while handling new leads, scheduling, and timely follow-up.
Office Administration: Keep the office running smoothly through filing, data entry, and recordkeeping, managing supplies and vendor orders, and assisting with marketing materials and day-to-day office logistics.
Owner/Executive Support: Provide comprehensive support to the owner, from managing calendars and correspondence to tracking deadlines and project milestones, always with strict confidentiality.
Financial & Bookkeeping Support: Handle general bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online, process invoices, receipts, and expenses, maintain records, and flag discrepancies for the bookkeeper.
Project & Operations Support: Support proposals, job costing, and change orders, help coordinate company events and vehicle maintenance logs, and pitch in on special projects as needed.

Responsibilities

Lead Response & Client Engagement: Respond promptly to new leads following the Proscape Sales Process, build lasting relationships with clients, and track your sales activity and follow-up through the pipeline.
Design & Sales of Profitable Projects: Design and sell creative, functional landscape solutions, presenting proposals that align with client goals and closing work across design-build, maintenance, and snow programs.
Design Execution & Technical Expertise: Develop visually compelling, technically sound designs using design software, applying horticultural best practices, hardscape and drainage know-how, and accurate measurements and costing.
Project Coordination & Communication: Work with the team to protect timelines, profitability, and client satisfaction, providing clear drawings and material specs so installs run seamlessly.
Business Development & Continuous Improvement: Spot opportunities to grow accounts, stay current with design trends and materials, and contribute ideas that sharpen the design process and client experience.

Craft Quality Hardscapes: Install pavers, brick, and boulder work to the high standard expected of a Proscape team member, with attention to every detail.
Coordinate Materials & Equipment: Make sure the materials, tools, and equipment each job needs are on hand so work stays productive and on schedule.

What You'll Need

3+ years of landscape construction or hardscape experience
Ability to read plans and grade sites
