Currently Seeking a Landscape Project Manager for our Hardscape/Installation division:  This position requires overall knowledge of  the industry in order for the job to run smoothly and efficiently.  Skills needed are:  understanding and following the order of operations on a job site, planning for materials, understanding commonly used materials, plant identification, and of course, having the skills to manage multiple crews.  This may sound easy but only a seasoned Project Manager can produce a top notch product while being efficient and productive.  Five years of experence are needed to apply.

Always Seeking Landscape Foremen and Assistant Foreman:  If you're seeking something more or feeling unappreciated in your current "job", we're offering a career opportunity to qualified individuals.  These individuals must have an aptitude and experience for consistently creating a pristine finished project.  Experience in operating relevant heavy equipment, proper planting procedures, paver/natural stone (patio & wall) construction, translating scaled designs, developing talent on crews, time management, creativity, and effective communication skills are what is expected of this position.

Always Seeking Lead Gardeners (Horticulturalist) and Assistants:  If you're seeking something more or feeling unappreciated in your current "job", we're offering a career opportunity to qualified individuals.  The Horticultural Services division at Proscape maintains residential and commercial sites.  All sites require plant media management; keeping properties weed free, cultivated, watered, fertilized, and pruned.  Leadership qualities would be, but not limited to; developing talent on crews, time management, creativity, and effective communication skills.

And, of course, we are always looking for general labor.  Lawn and landscape assistants are always needed.  This is an excellent way to get to know the kind of work the industry has to offer, and if it seems like something you might want to do.  Who knows... you may even get a little exercise and drop some pounds.
